5/13 | CV SJ Gunners | Milan FC
Early on, this game looked to be a tense affair, with Milan FC Forza and NPL Champions League winners CV San Jose Gunners trading goals in the first 25 minutes -- an 8th minute strike from Milan’s Beni Mejia-Alberto put the unheralded side up before San Jose equalized through Carlos Uribe. After that though, it was all Milan, as Roberto Mejia-Alberto, Jacob Guerrero, Angel Lopez, Andres Velasquez, and Axel Lomeli all scored to send Milan into the final.

5/13 | Folsom Force | (3-2) | Star Academy
After exploding for three goals the previous weekend in the quarterfinals, Folsom Force were held scoreless by Star Academy in the first U19 Men’s semifinal of the day, hitting the crossbar late in the second half in what was their best chance of the day. The only problem for Star: they too couldn’t find a winner, so it would go to kicks from the mark -- the second straight weekend it had come to that stage for Star. Unlike in the quarterfinals, though, Star failed to win in the shootout, falling 3-2 to Folsom. |
