In a match that couldn’t be decided in regular time or overtime, Atletico Santa Rosa proved perfect from kicks from the mark to defeat Heritage SC 4-1 on penalties after a 1-1 draw. Daniel Nicacio scored the opening goal of the match for Heritage, but Edgar Nunez equalized off a rebound later in the match, setting up an intense penalty shootout. In said shootout, Heritage missed their first several shots, while Atletico’s Nunez, Adrian Gonzalez, Marius Bossard, and Juan Flores all buried their attempts. | |||||
