Summer 2027 Brazil Coaching Education Trip
We are exploring the opportunity to organize a unique NorCal Coach Education and FIFA Women’s World Cup Experience in Brazil in 2027.
At this stage, we are gauging interest to determine whether there is sufficient demand to move forward with the trip.

Based on the responses received, we will evaluate the level of interest and make a decision on whether to proceed with organizing the trip.
Please note that completing the interest form does not commit you to attending or making any payment. It simply helps us understand the level of interest and plan accordingly.
This is an adults-only trip (18+). The experience is designed for coaches, directors, and other adults interested in professional development and experiencing the FIFA Women’s World Cup.

1. TRIP OVERVIEW
Dates: June 24 – July 4, 2027 (11 days / 10 nights)
Destinations: São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
This unique experience will combine exclusive coach education opportunities at some of Brazil’s most prestigious football clubs with the opportunity to attend FIFA Women’s World Cup matches and experience Brazil’s incredible football culture.
2. PACKAGE PRICING
- $2,500 per person – Twin room (two people sharing)
- $2,900 per person – Single room
The trip has been extended to include 10 nights of accommodation. This does not include flights or match tickets
3. WHAT’S INCLUDED
- 10 nights of accommodation in a minimum 4-star hotel
- Three meals per day (meal arrangements for the additional night to be confirmed)
- Private bus transportation for scheduled activities
- Airport transfers on arrival and departure
- Three professional club academy visits and technical education experiences
- Professional stadium tours
- Organized sightseeing activities
4. TECHNICAL & EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES
We will look to visit to three of Brazil’s most prestigious football clubs:
- SE Palmeiras
- SC Corinthians
- CR Vasco da Gama
These are not simply stadium tours.
Each club will open its academy doors to our group, providing an opportunity to gain firsthand insight into its youth development philosophy, academy structure, coaching methodology, and technical strategies.

6. FIFA WOMEN’S WORLD CUP EXPERIENCE
Alongside the educational component, participants will have the opportunity to experience the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Brazil.
Our proposed itinerary includes opportunities to attend several matches in both São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, combining professional development with the atmosphere of one of the world’s biggest sporting events.
Match Tickets
- Match tickets are not included in the package.
- Estimated cost: 100–200 per person, per match. We CAN guarantee tickets once available and will purchase for the group
- Ticket pricing and availability will be confirmed following the official FIFA World Cup Draw.
- Specific matches will depend on the confirmed tournament schedule and ticket availability.
7. ADDITIONAL COSTS & TRAVEL INFORMATION
Domestic Flights
- The flight between São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro is not included in the package.
International Flights
- Participants will be responsible for arranging their own international flights.
- We recommend booking multi-city flights, arriving in São Paulo on June 24 and departing from Rio de Janeiro on July 4.
8. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This is a preliminary itinerary. The final schedule may change based on the Women’s World Cup match schedule, professional club availability, and operational considerations.
This is an adults-only trip, and participation will be limited to individuals aged 18 and older.
At this stage, we are simply collecting expressions of interest. No financial commitment or registration is required.
