Request A First Time Referee Course

2027 Registration Year (July 17 2026 – May 31, 2027)

To have NorCal sponsor a course, please have the club fill in and submit THIS FORM.

CNRA will work directly with the club to arrange and run the course, and NorCal will cover the CNRA field session fee!  The club is responsible for all other costs (field permit, etc.), and attendees are responsible for their individual course fees (and other requirements – background check, etc) on the US Soccer Learning Center.

All course logistics are handled by CNRA. If you have any questions about the course after submitting the form, please contact Derek.  He handles course coordination and will provide a link to the course in the Learning Center once it has been created there.  This link is then used by candidates to register and complete the online assignments, which must be completed before the candidate can attend the field session.

Please do not request courses for June in any year.  In addition, no courses may be requested for the first two weeks of July in any year.  See the dates specified above.
