State Cup U13-U19

On a pair of sunny days at Mary Grogan Park in Modesto, NorCal Premier Soccer’s State Cup State Division quarterfinals produced some of the best action, drama, and — of course — soccer, that we’ve seen in 2017.

With most of the action in league play wrapped up so far, the focus for NorCal Premier Soccer’s various clubs now shifts to State Cup.

With a fierce storm raging all throughout Northern California late in the week, conditions for the State Cup’s Round of 16 games at the Davis Legacy Soccer Complex were always going to be tough for the players. But even a muddy playing surface, couldn’t dampen the mood of NorCal’s elite, and the game action failed to suffer as many matches went down to the wire in the race for the coveted State Cup title.

The U14-U19 NorCal State Cup weekend takes place from October 14th-16th with teams playing their 2nd and 3rd Group Stage games. Over the three days, 900 games will be played as teams battle for Knockout Phase positioning.

The U14-U19 NorCal State Cup continues this weekend with close to all 1200 teams in action.

The 2015-16 U14 Boy's NorCal State Cup U14 champions, El Camino Real Salinas Galaxy, ended their amazing season by winning the 2016 US Club National Cup.
