Every coach knows that for players to improve, they need to train on their own. Throughout the game’s history, the best players have been developed on the street or the pick-up courts. Since COVID forced us to coach through Zoom and find new ways to get our kids training on their own, there has been an explosion of new tools and methods to help get kids training on their own. In this edition of the NorCal Club Development Webinar, we will talk with someone at the forefront of homework development for players. Our aim for this webinar will be to give club directors actionable tools to go out and implement or improve your club’s homework program.
