- Albert Puig spent 11 years at FC Barcelona, one of the most influential player-development environments in world football.
- Served his final 4 years as Academy Director
- Worked extensively within the positional play (Juego de Posición) model that defines Barça’s identity
- Helped shape development frameworks that have influenced players, coaches, and academies worldwide
