BEFORE applying, please note:
- A club admin must register your team for the 2024/25 Passcards & Rosters “event” before this application can be completed – INSTRUCTIONS
- If you are a returning team, please use your existing team account to apply to this event (do not create a new team). Ask your club admin for access if you do not already have it.
- DO NOT change the Team Age on your application.
- Use the 2024/25 when selecting Event Age.
- The NorCal Summer League is part of the 2024/25 season calendar, which means that teams will be placed into their age groups for the 2024/25 season. This means that a team that played U11 in the spring of 2024 will continue to play U11 in the summer of 2025.

Teams requesting to play up an age group within NorCal competitions must fill out the NorCal play-up request form.
