With all three Champions League berths already wrapped up through Davis Legacy, Central California Soccer Alliance, and Ajax United Green, all that’s left to play for the top teams is the fall title. At 15 points, the Legacy come in as the clear favorites, but will face 4-1-1 Central California on Sunday for a game that could decide the division. 3-1-2 Ajax United are still in the hunt as well, but need a pair of victories and help from other teams in order to claim the title. Meanwhile, fourth-place San Juan has already secured a spot in the spring’s NPL 1, while fifth-place Union will play in the NPL 2.

NPL 1 West

A whopping seven teams in this division are still in contention for spring Champions League spots, with just six points separating top side OV Toros and seventh-place Marin FC. With five spots up for grabs, there’s still much to play for as MVLA Barca (12 points), Pajaro Valley (10), and SF Elite (10) all sit above the red line with two games remaining. Pleasanton Rage (12 points) also is on the inside looking out, but have just one more contest to play: a Saturday morning match against the Toros. Mustang SC also sits in contention for a berth and are just one point out of the current Champions League zone.

NPL 2 North

Just one game remains in this division, with Placer United set to take on Atletico Santa Rosa Sunday. As it stands, 4-1-2 West Coast Soccer is on top of the NPL 2 North table, but Placer can win the title with at least a draw against Atletico. Regardless of what happens, Placer and West Coast have clinched spots in the spring’s NPL 1.

NPL 2 South

Thanks to a perfect 7-0-0 record, MVLA Blue have already captured the NPL 2 South title and the NPL 1 spot in the spring that comes with it. That being said, one other NPL 1 spot is still up for grabs, with MVLA White (4-1-1) the favorites to garner it thanks to three games still on the schedule. Other teams in contention are California Thorns (3-2-2), Almaden Quicksilver (3-1-2), Palo Alto SC (3-2-2), and Santa Clara Sporting (3-2-1).
