With the Champions League being the only U14 boys division at the NPL College Showcase, there wasn’t too much action to soak in, especially with the title already having been wrapped up by a strong Force North side prior to the weekend. But the few matches that were played certainly showed their quality, with Force cementing their title with a 3-1 victory over California Odyssey behind a hat trick from Lorenzo Hernandez. The win saw North finish with a 6-0-1 record in the Champions League, six points ahead of second place Napa Soccer Academy, who came in with a 4-2-1 record after drawing Force South 0-0 Sunday. Cal Odyssey finished third.
