NorCal Completes 2022 Grant Cycle

NorCal Premier Soccer would like to congratulate eight of its member clubs for successfully completing this year’s grant cycle to earn equipment and registration fee credits that will help continue the development of each club.

Out of the several applications received, the clubs selected were Atwater Competitive SC, Monterey Condors Club, Newark Football Club, Oakdale Soccer Club, Redding Youth Soccer League and North State Soccer, San Bruno Lowen 83, Sierra United Soccer Club, and South Valley Chivas.

“NorCal is honored to provide support to this year’s grant recipient clubs, each of which is primarily volunteer run and offers an invaluable service to their community,” said NorCal Club Services Coordinator Rick Fullerton.

Part of the criteria to receive funding involved each club agreeing to a series of mutually-beneficial stipulations including:

• Ensuring 50 percent of each club’s coaches attend a certain amount of coaching education.
• Requiring key leadership members attend at least two of NorCal’s upcoming club development seminars.
