PCA Workshops in Northern CA

A positive approach gets the most from youth and high school athletes, which is what coaches, parents and the athletes themselves want. With the winning combination of truthful, specific praise and constructive criticism, athletic performance improves and so do the chances that kids stick with sports longer.  Academic research and real-world scoreboard results prove what the pro and college coaches on PCA’s National Advisory Board already know: Positive is powerful.

NorCal Premier is proud to partner with the Positive Coaching Alliance to deliver these game-changing workshops to all NorCal Premier coaches and club members for FREE.  We believe that it is our responsibility to confront the continuing issue of poor sportsmanship and sideline behavior that we witness too often.  It is up to each of us to be part of the solution, and these workshops are a first step from NorCal to assist in giving clubs, coaches, administrators and parents tools to improve our youth soccer environment.  Space is limited in each of these workshops, so register as soon as possible to secure your spot!
