BEFORE applying, please note:

• Be prepared to pay for each team individually by credit or debit card at the time of application.
• If you’re a returning team, use your existing team account to apply for events; don’t create a new one. If you don’t already have access, ask your club administrator for it.
• DO NOT change the ‘Team Age’ on your application. Teams automatically age up on August 1st.
• Teams applying before June 1st will not select a Roster Source; it will be added after player registration opens.

U11-U19 League – $275
U8-U10 Leagues – $125
State Cup – $745

Any club that does not complete payment within 60 days will be subject to a 15% late fee.
