Dates for the 2020-21 NorCal NPL Qualification Playoffs have now been finalized. Top performing State Premier teams, relegated NPL Wild Cards, and new teams from NPL Clubs will all converge at the Davis Legacy Soccer Complex on June 20-21 for the right to play in next season’s NPL.

Number of Teams
8-12 per age group depending on the number of NPL spots available in an age group.

Criteria for Team Selection and Seeding
NPL Club teams and Wild Card teams relegated from NPL or finishing in 2nd or 3rd place in the State Premier Championship division will qualify. In the U13 age group, NPL Club teams and Wild Card teams who finished in the top four of NorCal State Cup or qualified for the Pre-NPL Champions League or top 1/3 of a Pre-NPL 1 division may apply. Any additional spots will be awarded if space is available based on past history of team.
