While all of the boys teams had a scheduled day off Saturday at the NPL Finals in Colorado, the three girls teams from NorCal Premier Soccer played their last group stage game of the event before it cut to the semifinals on Sunday.

One NorCal team will play in those semifinals: the U14 San Juan South team that won their third straight game to top their group.

They will take on Spirit of Liverpool USA from Oxford, Massachusetts early on Sunday with a spot in the final on the line.

Meanwhile, the U15 San Francisco Vikings just missed out on a spot in the semis after a close 3-2 loss left them finishing second in their group.

Elsewhere, the U16 California Odyssey side dropped their final group game to finish third.
