2017 NorCal NPL Fall Showcase Preview
This Saturday and Sunday, NorCal Premier Soccer will host its biannual NPL College Showcase, which serves as both the culmination of our fall league season and an opportunity for players to be scouted by more than 100 college coaches.
While some divisions have already been decided, there are many Champions League berths still at stake for both the boys, who play at Mary Grogan Park in Modesto, and the girls, who play at Davis Legacy Soccer Complex.
“Our players, staff, and the visiting college coaches look forward to the NPL College Showcase every year thanks to its high quality in terms of games and level of play,” said NorCal Premier Soccer Director of Competitions Jason Drury. “The weekend is truly an invaluable experience for everyone involved.”
The Champions League race for the boys has an extra wrinkle to it this year, as the top two squads from the spring’s Champions League will qualify for US Club Soccer’s ENPL.
