Napa United Joins ECNL Regional League Girls – NorCal

SACRAMENTO, CA (May 1, 2026) – NorCal Premier Soccer is proud to announce the addition of Napa United into the ECNL Regional League Girls – NorCal Division, effective beginning in the 2026/27 season.

Napa United joins from the Girls Academy, a move that fellow NorCal club Los Gatos United, San Francisco Elite Academy, and West Coast Soccer Club made in the 2025/26 season.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Napa United to ECNL RL – NorCal,” said NorCal Director of Competitions Daniel Chamberlain. “Their transition from the Girls Academy enhances the strength of the ECNL RL NorCal division and further reinforces the established pathway we’ve built with the ECNL.”

Added Napa United Girls Technical Director Mark Corbett: “We are excited to be joining the ECNL-RL for the upcoming season. Providing regional based competition within a national platform as well as showcase opportunities is a perfect fit for our players and families. We are all fully committed to the future development of our female players and girls program as a whole, both on and off the field here in Napa.”

Napa United will join alongside the 10 other clubs recently promoted to ECNL RL – Norcal for the upcoming 26/27, which will all unite with the 26 founding member clubs of the expanded and realigned ECNL Regional League from the 25/26 season.

The clubs selected to be members of the updated ECNL-RL – NorCal division are top-performing boys and girls programs within NorCal Premier Soccer. Clubs were evaluated based on the quality of the teams and their performance in NorCal competitions over the past three years, a review of their technical standards, and their adherence to NorCal administrative standards.
