| Thus far in the tournament, no one has been able to stop the powerful Heritage SC offense, with the NPL 1 side putting 11 goals past their opponents in three knockout round games, while allowing just a single strike. Last weekend, Heritage scored three first half goals en route to a 4-0 victory over Sacramento United Red. Still, Atletico Santa Rosa Cobras and their NPL Champions League pedigree should have them as the favorites. Last week, Atletico showed their quality in picking up a 1-0 victory over fellow Champions League side SF Glens Evolution. |

| Both sides in this match qualified for the semifinals by virtue of two-goal wins in the quarterfinals, with Napa Soccer Academy shutting out Force South 2-0 and Monarcas Academy besting Turlock FC Orange via a 3-1 scoreline. The result for Monarcas, an NPL 1 side, could have been considered an upset as they defeated a Champions League side while scoring their 14th, 15th, and 16th goals of the knockout stage. Monarcas will be hoping to knock off another Champions League side in Napa, who finished second in league play with a 4-2-1 record. |
