U16 BOYS STATE SEMIFINAL A
5/11	MCS ECFC	0-3	Turlock Academica
This semifinal between MCS ECFC United and Turlock Academica Jrs. was all-but finished in the first 20 minutes, and the scoreline could have been worse if not for United’s strong defense. For Turlock, it was a man-of-the-match performance from Kaleb McDonald that took them to the final as the skillful attacker scored in the seventh, 12th, and 20th minutes to put Turlock in the final.

In one of the closest semifinal matches all weekend, NPL 1 squad Heritage SC were able to defeat Champions League side Napa Soccer Academy on kicks from the mark despite playing the end of regulation and overtime down a man. William Basulto Bernabe hit a brace for Heritage to go along with a strike from Josue Parra to put up three for their side, while Jorge Galvan Guzman matched Bernabe’s brace for Napa.
