Central California Soccer Alliance wasted no time in opening their title defense against San Juan South, scoring just two minutes into the match to put an early stamp on what was to come.

Madeleine Iniguez did the damage, getting on the end of a corner kick before CCSA hit the post 20 minutes later.

But right before the halftime whistle, San Juan’s Emma Martella equalized the match with a smart strike.

With just five minutes remaining, CCSA attacker Tiger Rendon smartly took a free kick quickly, where Emily Rich was waiting to volley home from roughly 12 yards out, giving CCSA their second straight title.
