NorCal Hiring Marketing Manager

NorCal is pleased to begin accepting applications for Marketing Manager.

NorCal is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow to expand the impact NorCal makes across the youth soccer community. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes B2B collateral for local clubs, advertising, social media, email marketing, content creation, and event marketing. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can develop innovative ideas to promote our programs and engage with our target audience.  This position will also maintain and track marketing budgets to ensure project funds are allocated correctly as well as understanding and reporting out success metrics, and leveraging centralized tools where appropriate.

This position requires an individual who is interested in building NorCal’s marketing program as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate is a motivated and organized self-starter, with strong attention to detail; while being able to liaise with internal partners across the organization. They must also be proactive and able to produce a high level of work within specific time constraints. They must be of high integrity and able to work independently and collaboratively with others while representing NorCal Premier Soccer in a professional manner.
