Purpose

NorCal believes that quality competitions can provide positive soccer experiences and memories that can become a vital part of developing and retaining players. These experiences can be a cornerstone of a player’s connection to the game, and are central to NorCal’s vision of igniting a lifelong passion for soccer!

While the opportunity to participate in these type of events are common for the competitive level, these opportunities can be few and far between for recreational teams. Enter the NorCal Super Rec Cup!

Super Rec Cup Information

Designed to provide an incredible end-of-season tournament experience for any grassroots or recreational-level team, the NorCal Super Rec Cup is an unrestricted competition that accepts any recreational player registration under the US Soccer umbrella. The Super Rec Cup provides quality games against a wide variety of opponents from different parts of Northern California.

The event takes place over two different weekends, the U16 to U19 divisions being played on November 1-2 and the U8 through U14 age groups on November 15-16. The Super Rec Cup is the perfect capstone to any season, providing competition against teams that you would never otherwise play, and an opportunity to lift the Cup!

U16 - U19 Super Rec Cup

U14-U19 Super Rec Cup Application – Register HERE

• When: October 31 – November 1
• Where: Davis Legacy Soccer Complex
• Cost: U14 = $650/ U16-U19 = $675
• Application Deadline: October 14th

Teams participating in the NorCal Super Rec Cup are guaranteed 3 games, with teams that qualify out of their brackets potentially playing Semi-Final and Final matches. Details of each team’s divisions, schedules and qualifying pathway will be communicated prior to the event.

U8 - U14 Super Rec Cup

U8-U12 Super Rec Cup Application – Register HERE

• Cost: $600/ team
• Application Deadline: October 24th
