2021 NorCal Summer League schedules are now posted.

2021 Summer League and NPL Qualification Division Schedules

Rosters

We understand that we may see a variety of passes for Summer League play – some 20/21 passes generated through SportsEngine and, beginning July 1, some 21/22 passes generated through GotSport. As long as each player arrives at the field with a valid (non-expired) pass, he/she may play. We know that printed rosters may not contain all player names. Please do your best to add the players in GotSoccer that are validated. Referees will be made aware that during this transition, every effort should be made to get players on the field as long as they have proper insurance.

 

NPL Qualification Division Information

Teams will play a minimum of 3 games and a maximum of 7 games. The division will be in League or Group and Playoff format. The winner of each Qualification “Division” will win a spot into the 2021-22 NorCal NPL competition. Some divisions consist of multiple groups that will require a playoff after the Group Stage.

NPL Qualification Rules

Boys

U13 Boys (08 Boys): Teams play in a League format with the winner of both the East and West divisions qualifying for NPL. 2 spots

U14 Boys (07 Boys): Teams play in a Group and Playoff format with the winner of Group A playing the winner of Group B in both the East and West divisions. The winner of each playoff will qualify for NPL. 2 spots

U15 Boys (06 Boys): Teams play in a Group and Playoff format with the 2nd highest point group winner (A, B, C) winner playing the 3rd highest point group winner (A, B, C). The winner of the 1st playoff match will play the 1st highest point group winner (A.B.C) for the NPL spot. 1 spot

U16 Boys (05 Boys): Teams play in a Group and Playoff format with the winner of Group A playing the winner of Group B. The winner of the playoff of group winners will qualify for NPL. 1 spot

U18 Boys (03/04 Boys): Teams play in a League format with the winner of the East, North, and West divisions qualifying for NPL. 3 spots

Girls

U13 Girls (08 Girls): Teams play in a League format with the winner of both the East and West divisions qualifying for NPL. 2 spots

U14 Girls (07 Girls): Teams play in a League format with the winner of the division qualifying for NPL. 1 spot

U15 Girls (06 Girls): Teams play in a League format with the winner of the division qualifying for NPL. 1 spot

U16 Girls (05 Girls): Teams play in a Group and Playoff format with the winner of Group A playing the winner of Group B in both the East and West divisions. The winner of each playoff will qualify for NPL. 2 spots

U18 Girls (03/04 Girls): Teams play in a Group and Playoff format with the winner of Group A playing the winner of Group B. The winner of the playoff of group winners will qualify for NPL. 1 spot
