About the Course
This course will provide coaches with a variety of practical practices, exercises, and drills that can be used across a number of different age groups and ability levels. The sessions will demonstrate how the same core activities can be adapted by changing the size of the field, number of players, duration, and level of difficulty. Coaches will leave with practical ideas they can immediately apply within their own training environment, while also learning how to progress and adapt activities to meet the needs of their players.
