In what was one of the more defensive finals of the weekend, chances were few and far between between Central California Soccer Alliance and Ajax United, two Champions League sides that finished on opposite ends of the table — Ajax had already beaten CCSA 3-0 earlier in the season. But the cup magic was on the side of Central California, who scored three minutes after halftime  with a Tiger Rendon goal after a scrum on a corner kick. CCSA looked to have doubled their advantage 10 minutes from time as Emma Brown hit a free kick off of the crossbar Emily Rich tapped in the rebound, but the latter was judged to be offside. Still, the result held and Central California came home with the 1-0 victory.
