Coming into the NorCal Premier Soccer NPL Spring Showcase, San Juan Spirits sat in just fourth place, albeit with three matches to play. And with three wins in three games, they captured the U14 girls title, scoring 11 goals in the process. Still, San Juan needed some help come Sunday after defeating Santa Rosa United Saturday. The latter club did their part, defeating Clovis Crossfire 4-0 to ensure that San Juan would garner the championship.
