NorCal Now Accepting New Club Applications
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (March 13, 2017) — NorCal Premier Soccer is now accepting applications for clubs wishing to become part of Northern California’s top youth soccer organization, which currently features 218 different clubs.
The application, which can be accessed here must be submitted before March 30, 2017 in order to be under consideration.
Clubs will be informed by June 1 whether they’ve been accepted or denied.
In addition to several other factors, clubs are required to submit to NorCal Premier Soccer the club’s logo, mission statement, bylaws, technical director or director of coaching licenses, coaching staff licenses, a five-year plan, and three letters of reference.
Upon receival of the applications, NorCal Premier Soccer will evaluate each club proposal based on the impact of existing NorCal clubs, geography, overall club infrastructure, technical and player development models, the club’s history of youth development, and the club’s history of adherence to the NorCal Code of Ethics.
Should clubs not finish their applications by March 30, there will be a second window for applications this year, from August 1-15, with a notification of acceptance or denial by Dec. 1.
